NO-vember Tips to Create a Don’t Do List
As of today, 85% of 2022 is over and we are moving into the days we get prepared to embrace a new year ahead. Now is the time we need to sit with our learnings and reflections to say goodbye to the old and welcome to the new. This might include setting intentions for 2023 to reach our worthy goals.
How about setting an intention to focus on things that matter most and starting to say “no” to things that work against us? I will be offering some suggestions during this month.
First and the most important one: SAY NO TO “DELAYING HAPPINESS!”
Stop 🛑 saying “I will be happy when…..”
😊 These conditional phrases make us miserable more than happy.

You need to be happy now if you want to have a happy life. You deserve to be happy no matter what. Now is the time to be happy so make choices to get that NOW! Not yesterday, not tomorrow. Life happens in the NOW and choose to say no to things that make you miserable.
As Aristotle once said, "Happiness depends upon ourselves." Our choices and actions lead us to happiness. If we make up our minds around happiness, we have the power to find our ways.
