I see compassion as “empathy in action.” I always act intending to understand, value, and care for people. I am kind and generous to people because I enjoy showing care, doing good deeds for others, even I do not know them well, and adding value to people’s lives. I embrace and appreciate beauty and excellence in all domains of life.

I am an honest person. I, not only speak my truth but live my life and values genuinely and authentically. I am a “real” person, down to earth and without pretense. I build trust because I am consistently true to my word and values. My true and authentic self shows up every day.

I am a life-long learner passionate about personal growth. Learning environments inspire me and feed my growth mindset. I feel joy and operate at my best when I have a sense that today I am at a different place than I was yesterday. I also like to create a growing environment for others to inspire curiosity, learning, and growth.
